Welcome to our website where we hope that you’ll be able to find out about our small Organic farm and our 100% Grass-Fed Organic Dexter beef. We are located in beautiful North East Fife in Scotland where we have amazing views over St.Andrews and the North sea to the east and Angus and Perthshire to the north.

Our Dexter beef is certified as being 100% Grass Fed by the Pasture for Life Association & we are Organically certified by the Soil Association.

We try and sell some of our Dexter beef locally via Beef Boxes (click here for details). All the beef will be vacuum packed, clearly labelled and will be ready for immediate use or freezing. We use a local artisan butcher, our food miles are absolutely minimal and we can usually deliver within the local area.

WE ARE VERY SORRY TO HAVE TO ANNOUNCE THAT DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF A LOCAL ABATTOIR AND THE DEPARTURE OF THE BUTCHER WE HAVE HAD TO STOP OFFERING OUR DEXTER BEEF BOXES FOR THE TIME BEING.
